Refund Policy
1. Service Guarantee
At AGGCerti Inc., we take pride in delivering high-quality grading, landscaping, and exterior services. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please notify us within 7 days of service completion. Upon review, we may offer one of the following solutions:
Correction or touch-up of the service (if applicable)
Partial refund based on the scope of the issue
In certain cases, a full refund (at management’s discretion)
2. Deposits (Online Invoicing Policy)
A deposit of 10% is required to confirm your booking.
Deposits are collected securely through online invoicing and act as a commitment to secure your project in our schedule.
Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels the service less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a deposit refund or credit toward future services.
3. Final Payments and Refunds
Once the project is completed according to the agreed scope of work, final payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
Refunds on completed work will not be issued unless the quality of service clearly falls short of the agreed-upon scope.
Any refund issued will exclude labor and material costs already incurred.
4. Weather Delays and Site Conditions
If work is delayed due to weather conditions or unforeseen site issues, your deposit will be applied toward the rescheduled service date.
Refunds will not be issued for weather-related delays.
5. How to Request a Refund or Correction
To request a refund, correction, or service review:

Refund or service correction requests will be reviewed within 5 business days of your inquiry.
